The content belongs to the clinic
The texts, photos and logo of flō clinique santé belong to the clinic or its partners. You may read, print and share them for personal use. Reproducing them elsewhere requires written permission.
Appointments
Appointments are booked in three ways: on our online schedule provided by Jane, by phone or text, or by email. That platform's own rules apply when you use it.
To cancel or move an appointment, call or text the clinic at 438 834-9226.
New patient visit: cancel at least 48 hours ahead, otherwise a $100 fee applies.
Follow-up: cancel at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise a $40 fee applies.
Missed appointment without notice: the full fee is charged.
Links to other sites
This site sometimes leads elsewhere, for example to our online schedule or our social media pages. The clinic is not responsible for the content of those sites.
Limits
The site is offered as is. The clinic does what is needed to keep it accurate and available, without being able to commit to it at all times.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec.
