What it is
A regulated profession, a precise technique
Chiropractic covers the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of neuromusculoskeletal conditions, through adjustments of the spine and the joints.
The adjustment, done by hand in a quick and gentle way, aims to restore joint movement and how the body works, without medication or surgery.
In Quebec, chiropractic is a profession regulated by the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec. A licence requires a five-year university doctorate, 245 credits in all, followed by a national exam.

What chiropractic aims for
No result is promised, and every body responds differently. Here is what the care aims to improve.
Better posture
It's often the first thing the people around you notice.
More mobility and flexibility
Bending, turning your head, raising your arms without thinking about it.
Deeper sleep
A body under less tension at night rests better.
Athletic performance that holds up
For people who train and want to keep going.
Faster recovery
After an injury, or after a big effort.
A corrected gait
The way you walk can be worked on too.
We don't look at the pain. We look at what causes it.
