The four steps

Each visit has its own job

A first visit is nothing like a follow-up, and that's the point: first we understand, then we correct, and we check in regularly.

Required for every new patient, and for anyone who hasn't been in care for more than six months. This is the visit where we take the full picture of your health.

The re-evaluation

At the end of corrective care, or every 12 visits in maintenance care. We measure what has changed since the first exam.

Before you come in

Four things to know

The first visit includes the full exam on top of the adjustment. It's required for every new patient.
Appointments are booked online, any time. Our spots fill up quickly.

To cancel, let us know at least 48 hours before a new patient visit, and 24 hours before a follow-up.

Fees

What a visit costs

Two fees, a clear cancellation policy, and your receipt by email.

Follow-up and adjustment15 min$70

If you need to cancel

New patient visit: cancel at least 48 hours ahead, otherwise a $100 fee applies.
Follow-up: cancel at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise a $40 fee applies.
Missed appointment without notice: the full fee is charged.

Your receipts

Your receipt is emailed to you. You submit the claim to your insurer yourself, and you can include it in your medical expenses on your tax return.
