The approach
Building a foundation, not just quieting a symptom
Corrective care deals with what causes the discomfort rather than what shows on the surface. How long it takes and how many visits it needs depend on your situation, and both are decided with you after the exam.
The approach is holistic. It touches posture and the nervous system, but also everyday habits. With consistency on both sides, the changes hold, and the body does more with less effort.
The method
Four parts that do the work
The four parts of the way she works, taken from her method page.
01
The adjustment
The main tool. Done by hand, quickly and gently, it aims for lasting change by working on the way your brain and your body communicate.
02
The partnership
Care combines what happens at the clinic and what you do at home. The goal is to give you back as much power as possible over your health: moving from the passenger seat to the driver's seat.
03
The concept
Health is more than the absence of pain. Today it's a constant fight against imbalance, chemicals and chronic stress. The clinic works with people and families who want to be proactive.
04
The process
We rebuild a strong foundation, free of interference, compensation and weakness, to support the body's natural vitality.
The greatest wealth is health.
Active and passive
Two halves of the same plan
Passive care is what the chiropractor does for you: the adjustment, the soft tissue work. Active care is what you do between visits: stretches, exercises, habits that change one at a time.
Both matter, and that's why the care plan is built with you, then revisited along the way. At the re-evaluation, we look together at what has changed.
